The commitment of the International Relations Office at ETSII is to promote interchange of Students and Staff with the leading academic Engineering Institutions all over the world. Internationalization is one of the strategic principles of the ETSII, within a labor market context, where Engineers are professionals susceptible to develop their careers globally.

International experience is considered a valued skill from the part of employers, and the ETSII provides different possibilities to acquire it, with the numerous partners, and a 30 years old interchange expertise. Nowadays close to 50% of ETSII last year students, develop part of their studies out of Spain.

Summer School is an excellent introduction to studying at an international university.

Summer study allows students to:

* Explore a particular topic in more depth
* Experience teaching from world-class academic staff
* Supplement your studies and gain international experience and credits at a world-class university.

Last summer our International Summer School attracted students from 21 countries and 40 international universities.

Over the summer, we offer a varied and flexible choice of credit bearing courses ranging from one to eight weeks.

Course Costs

Course costs include:

* Tuition
* Airport pick up on arrival day *
* Orientation pack and welcome event
* Scottish social and cultural immersion programme - including 2 day trips
* End of course certificate
* Academic transcript

Accommodation costs

Accommodation costs are separate to tuition fees and include:

* self-catered accommodation
* single study bedroom
* shared bathroom and kitchen spaces
* University Sports Centre summer membership

_* Accommodation costs are £19.96 per night for the duration of each course starting from arrival date* to departure on the morning after the course end date. _
